Pro Plan subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service or unused features.
You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including your CVs, cover letters, and personal information. We do not claim ownership of your content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You agree not to upload content that:
Our AI-powered features are provided "as-is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, suitable for your specific needs, or lead to specific outcomes (such as job offers or interviews).
You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use. We recommend verifying all information for accuracy and appropriateness.
The Service, including its design, features, software, and content (excluding user content), is owned by CrewDog CV and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewDog CV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
