CrewDog CV turns a contractor’s raw CV into a branded, client-ready submission built for oil and gas
If you run an oil and gas desk and your consultants are still rebuilding CVs in Word, this is the tool that ends it. CrewDog CV is used by agencies staffing rigs, pipelines and plants across the UK, US, Europe, the Middle East and APAC.
It formats a CV into your house template, writes spec CVs against a job description, and produces a tracked link you can send, so a client sees your brand before they see the CV.
From job-tailored intros and summaries through to the open tracking on every link you send, each submission comes out as something a hiring manager can read in one pass.
It fits around the tools you already run. Export DOCX or PDF straight onto the CRM record, or send a tracked link instead, so nothing has to be rebuilt twice.
Built for desks that bill on speed: less of the day spent on formatting, more of it spent on the phone.
AI-Powered Branded Submissions
Generate spec CVs, one-pagers, cover sheets and full candidate packs inside your own template. One brand standard across every desk, without a designer in the loop.
Written against the job spec
Every summary and bullet is rewritten against the spec you are working, not copied forward from the last send.
More document types, one template
Design a template once and every consultant uses it. Spec CVs, one-pagers, cover sheets, candidate packs and shareable pages all come out of the same upload.
One upload, every document you send
Real-Time Notifications & Analytics
See who opened the CV, when, and how long they stayed, then follow up while it is still on their screen.
Fits the workflow you already have
Export DOCX or PDF onto the CRM record, or send a tracked link instead. No retyping, and no second copy of the CV to keep in step.
CrewDog CV sits alongside the CRM you already run rather than replacing it.
Whether you are a solo recruiter or part of a global agency, CrewDog CV puts your brand on every document that leaves your desk, without adding a step to your day.
