“Recruitment Company Account” refers to an account created by a business entity for the purpose of sourcing, managing, and hiring candidates through the CrewDog CV platform. “Service” refers to all features available under the recruitment company subscription plan.
By creating a Recruitment Company Account, you represent that you are authorised to act on behalf of your organisation and that the information provided during onboarding is accurate and complete.
Recruitment Company Accounts require an active monthly subscription. Access to the platform is contingent upon maintaining an active subscription. Failure to maintain payment will result in restricted access until payment is restored.
Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Candidate data accessed through the platform must be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR). You agree not to misuse, share without consent, or retain candidate data beyond what is necessary for legitimate recruitment purposes.
You agree not to:
All platform content, including but not limited to UI components, AI models, and candidate matching algorithms, remains the property of CrewDog CV. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Recruitment Company Account if we determine a breach of these terms has occurred. In such cases, remaining subscription fees are non-refundable.
The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for hiring decisions made based on information provided through the platform, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to the account holder.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
